Hellga is an awesome name

So, I don't think words can explain how happy I was watching the new Gladiator tonight. Eric and I watched the first hour thinking it was only an hour long show, then subsequently flipped out (ninja style) when we found out that there was a bonus hour in the season premier. Awesome. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how well they have recreated the original show... from the lame hosts, to the scripted contestant interviews, tight outfits, small hyped up audience in an old warehouse, and, of course, the events. Here is my best and worst of the new AG (in my opinion):

Best new gladiator: Hellga. Hands down.
Worst new gladiator: Mayhem. Can he say more stereotypical cliches? "This my my house dawg!" Runner up: Toa. He wears a skirt.
Best event (old or new show): Assault.
Lamest event: None. They are all awesome.

It's on again tomorrow night... enjoy!

Welcome to the Blag-O-Blag! I completely agree, American Gladiators kicked booty! Koya's booty to be exact, that girl was spent. I loved how they called the conveyor belt thing the travelator - its the same name that the French used when converting conveyor belt from French to English. I thought they were dumb, but maybe they were just watching AG!

After all the hype I totally forgot to watch it! I'll have to remember to DVR it up when I get home today.

Oh, and AWESOMENESS on the new blog! :)

Hellga's ass is the best contestant on the show. Jen and I were given a 3 punch combination of punch lines last night. It was amazing. Hulk is the man, brother. Leila Ali sounds like Martina Navratilova (i.e. a man baby). Wolf is super douchey. Powerball already took out a competitor (sweet). It's totally tits.

Also heard last night on AG "I told my mom that I'd get her wet." Ew.

Is it still on? I haven't seen it since it first came back. It was terribly scripted and I couldn't keep watching though. Apparently I was very gullible when I was younger.
